History

Valiant Technology was established in 2002 by three engineers who saw a gap in seamless support for environments integrating both Mac and Windows systems. Initially starting with a handful of clients, the team expanded in 2004 with a fourth partner to broaden its expertise.

In the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, IT Support's leadership made a critical shift to become a managed service provider, focusing on enhancing customer support and fostering enduring relationships. This strategic pivot has enabled IT Support to provide proactive, client-centered IT solutions for well over a decade.
